Insoll and Fibracon have built their business around manufacturing machined components from PTFE. As our customer base has increased, so has the demand for machined components made from complimentary materials, such as PvDF and PEEK. Most of these materials are melt-processable and can be injection-moulded, as well as machined, to make finished components.

Providing our customers with machined and fabricated parts from a full range of high performance polymer materials is now an integral part of our service.

We do not manufacture our own semi-finished feed stock for materials, other than PTFE. Instead, we have developed close partnerships with some key suppliers, leaving us to concentrate on making the finished parts for our customers.

Our suppliers are carefully selected to provide the highest quality products, service and long term business relationships.
