  • We aim to answer pricing inquiries within 24 hours (large contracts / complicated parts take longer).
  • If we can't provide an immediate answer to any question you raise, we will get back to you.
  • If your order is delayed for any reason - we will inform you. Our lead times for custom-made parts are generally the fastest available.
  • We hold a broad range of stock items (custom made or standard) which can be shipped immediately.
  • Inquiries can be sent by fax, e-mail (including drawings), post, or phone.
  • We provide commercial agreements that benefit both supplier and customer - ranging from credit card payment through to long term contracts.
  • We do not have on-the-road sales-people knocking on your door - but we do provide full technical and commercial support to any customer as required.
